04:54 PM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Bird ( BLBD ) said Friday it terminated its joint venture with Generate Capital that was formed to provide electric school bus fleet electrification services, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The venture, Clean Bus Solutions, is being wound down after it failed to generate business at a pace likely to deliver profitable returns, the company said.

Blue Bird ( BLBD ) added that the termination is not expected to have a material impact on its financial condition or results.
