09:19 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Moon Metals ( BMOOF ) Monday said construction of the exploration decline at its Blue Moon volcanogenic massive sulphide project, located in Mariposa County, California, started on Sunday.
The company said the initial 2,500 feet of the exploration decline is expected to be completed in Q2-2026. Exploration drilling activities will start from underground concurrently with the advance of the decline.

"We are excited to advance toward unlocking the full potential of the Blue Moon deposit and to continue working closely with SMD, our local partners, and the Mariposa County community."
Shares of the company closed up 1.8% to $3.36 Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
