BERLIN, June 4 (Reuters) - Boeing's ( BA ) Chief Executive on

Wednesday said the troubled planemaker was strongly committed to

safety and transparency, adding that the company was "different"

as it has grappled with safety-related challenges since the

start of the year.

"We want to be in tune with the fleet and be transparent

about everything we are seeing," Calhoun said on stage during an

aviation conference in Berlin.
