03:54 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) said late Thursday it signed deals to deliver up to 37 planes with the national carriers of three Central Asian countries during a diplomatic gathering in Washington, DC.
Boeing ( BA ) said that Kazakhstan's Air Astana JSC will purchase up to 15 787-9 Dreamliners and that Tajikistan's Somon Air placed an order for up to 14 787-9 Dreamliner and 737 MAX airplanes.
Boeing ( BA ) also said that Uzbekistan Airways announced the conversion of options into a firm order for eight additional 787-9 Dreamliners, bringing the carrier's total order book to 22 of the widebody jets.
