05:48 PM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boise Cascade ( BCC ) said Thursday its board of directors maintained a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, payable Dec. 17 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1.

The board also approved a new $300 million share repurchase program, replacing the prior authorization. From Jan. 1 through Oct. 30, 2025, the company repurchased 1.25 million shares for about $120 million, it said.
