12:10 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BorgWarner ( BWA ) said Tuesday it priced the cash tender offers to purchase 3.375% senior notes due 2025 and 5% senior notes due 2025.

The company set the tender offer consideration at $992.38 per $1,000 principal amount of the 3.375% notes, and $1,006.66 per principal amount for the 5% notes.

The offers cover an $837.7 million principal total of outstanding notes and are set to expire Tuesday at 5 p.m. New York time with an expected settlement date of Aug. 16.
