10:02 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boston Scientific ( BSX ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Cortex, a privately-held medical technology firm.

The transaction is expected to close in H1 2025, subject to customary conditions, Boston Scientific ( BSX ) said, adding that the deal is projected to have minimal impact on its 2025 adjusted earnings per share.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Boston Scientific ( BSX ) shares were up 1.6% in recent trading.
