Boundless Bio CFO Jami Rubin Steps Down for Personal Reasons

08:17 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Boundless Bio ( BOLD ) said Monday its chief financial officer Jami Rubin has resigned, for personal reasons.

The company does not intend to hire a replacement at this time, Boundless Bio ( BOLD ) said, adding that David Hinkle, senior vice president of Finance and Controller, will take over as principal financial and accounting officer.

Shares of the company fell 0.7% in recent Monday premarket activity.
