04:09 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bowhead Specialty Holdings ( BOW ) said late Monday it has launched a secondary public offering of 4 million shares of common stock by certain stockholders.

The selling stockholders plan to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares.

The company said it is not selling shares and will not receive any of the sale proceeds.
