08:20 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting ( BWMN ) said Wednesday it has won a $1.5 million contract as the lead engineering firm for a $24 million municipal water system upgrade in Del Norte, Colorado.

Under the contract, Bowman said it will provide full design, construction administration and inspection services for the project, which project aims to replace a municipal water system facing persistent issues with line breaks and rising maintenance costs.

The company said its scope includes the replacement of approximately 57,000 linear feet of pipeline, 790 service lines, 50 fire hydrants, and multiple isolation and pressure-reducing valves.
