11:10 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bragg Gaming Group ( BRAG ) said Wednesday it has appointed Holly Gagnon as the new Chair of its board of directors.

She succeeds Matevz Mazij, who will continue as chief executive and board member. Gagnon has served as lead director since 2021, and has decades of gaming industry experience, the company said.

Shares of Bragg Gaming Group ( BRAG ) fell nearly 2% in recent trading activity.
