08:40 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrainsWay ( BWAY ) said Wednesday it agreed to invest $5 million in Stella MSO, a management services organization servicing over 20 mental health clinics in the US and Israel.

The company said it will receive a minority stake in Stella in the form of a preferred, annually compounding security, with the deal also providing for a redemption mechanism related to the shares.

BrainsWay ( BWAY ) shares rose 5.5% in premarket activity Wednesday.
