Brandywine Realty Trust to Redeem Outstanding Notes due 2024; Shares Rise

11:07 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brandywine Realty Trust ( BDN ) said Tuesday its operating partnership plans to fully redeem its outstanding 4.10% guaranteed notes due Oct. 1.

The company expects to redeem the notes on June 7, it said.

Shares of Brandywine were up 3.7% in recent trading.

Price: 4.62, Change: +0.17, Percent Change: +3.71
