July 9 (Reuters) - Sunnova Energy ( NOVAQ ) said on

Wednesday that it has entered into a stalking horse asset

purchase agreement with Omnidian Inc where the company will

acquire a part of Sunnova's business for $7 million in cash and

the assumption of certain liabilities.
