LM Funding Regains Nasdaq Listing Compliance; Shares Rise

12:37 PM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LM Funding America ( LMFA ) said Wednesday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

The cryptocurrency mining and specialty finance firm executed a 1-for-6 reverse stock split earlier this month in a move to lift its share price above $1 and "to attract a broader audience of investors." The company received official notice from Nasdaq it returned to compliance on Tuesday, it said.

LM Funding shares recently were more than 4% higher at $3 apiece.
