12:29 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- American Water Works ( AWK ) said Monday its Kentucky American Water unit is investing about $1.4 million to upgrade critical water infrastructure in Lexington on Lisa Court.

The company said the project will replace about a half mile of aging water main with new 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron main, with construction set to begin this month.
