RIO DE JANEIRO, April 11 (Reuters) - Brazilian Mines and

Energy minister Alexandre Silveira said on Thursday that

state-run oil company Petrobras may or may not decide

at an April 25 shareholder assembly to pay an extra dividend

that was withheld in March.

Silveira told journalists in a remote news conference that

the matter has not been discussed and there was no decision yet

on when to release the funds.
