Brazil's Vasta to delist shares from Nasdaq, Valor reports

SAO PAULO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Brazilian education firm

Vasta, owned by local group Cogna, will

delist its shares from the Nasdaq given their lack of liquidity,

local newspaper Valor Economico reported on Monday, citing

sources.

Valor said there is currently no date for the measure to

take place.
