BRC Prices $35 Million Common Stock Offering

04:03 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BRC (BRCC) said Thursday it priced its underwritten offering of 29 million class A common shares at $1.25 per share for expected gross proceeds of about $35 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 4.2 million additional shares.

The offering is set to close around Friday.

Shares of the company fell more than 7% in recent premarket activity Thursday.

Price: 1.39, Change: -0.12, Percent Change: -7.95
