08:21 AM EDT, 04/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bridgemarq Real Estate Services ( BREUF ) said Friday that it will pay its regular monthly cash dividend of $0.1125 per restricted voting share on May 29, to shareholders of record on April 30.

The dividend is unchanged from the prior month.

Bridgemarq shares closed down $0.01, to $13.95 on Thursday, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
