Bright Minds Biosciences Enters Deal for $100 Million At-The-Market Offering

04:46 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bright Minds Biosciences ( DRUG ) said late Thursday it has entered an agreement with Piper Sandler and Cantor Fitzgerald to establish an at-the-market equity offering of up to $100 million.

The program will run for three years, the company said.

Bright Minds intends to use any funds raised for general corporate purposes, it said.
