04:36 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BrightSpring Health Services ( BTSG ) said late Tuesday that certain of its stockholders, including KKR (KKR) affiliates, priced a secondary offering of 14 million BrightSpring common shares at $21.75 each.

The KKR selling stockholder has granted a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to an additional 2.1 million shares.

The offering is expected to close Thursday, the company said.
