04:48 PM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BrightView Holdings ( BV ) filed a registration statement on Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of up to 500,000 shares of series A convertible preferred stock by certain stockholders.

The filing also covers 54.2 million shares of common stock to be issued upon conversion of the preferred shares.

The company said it won't receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
