03:13 PM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) said Wednesday it priced a public offering of 5 billion euros ($5.74 billion) of senior unsecured notes.
The notes will be issued by the company's subsidiary BMS Ireland Capital Funding Designated Activity Company.
The offering comprises 750 million euros of 2.973% notes due 2030, 1.15 billion euros of 3.363% notes due 2033, 1.15 billion euros of 3.857% notes due 2038, 750 million euros of 4.289% notes due 2045, and 1.20 billion euros of 4.581% notes due 2055.
The offering is expected to close Monday.
The company said proceeds, along with cash on hand, will be used to fund a recently announced tender offer, pay related costs, and for general corporate purposes.
Shares of Bristol-Myers Squibb ( BMY ) were up more than 2% in recent trading.
