10:18 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DT Cloud Acquisition ( DYCQ ) said Tuesday it has agreed to form a business combination with biopharmaceutical research and development company Shanghai Maius Pharmaceutical Technology.

DT Cloud plans to acquire 100% of Shanghai Maius's equity, with the deal structure to be finalized after due diligence, and the combined entity will adopt Shanghai Maius's branding, with further details expected by Q4, the company said.

There is no guarantee that a definitive agreement will be reached or that the proposed transaction will occur as planned, as it is subject to approval from both companies' boards and equity holders, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions, DT Cloud said.
