Brixmor Prices $400 Million Debt Offering Due 2035

05:25 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brixmor Property Group ( BRX ) said Wednesday its operating partnership has priced an offering of $400 million of 5.750% senior notes due 2035 at 99.222% of par value with a coupon of 5.750%.

The company said the offering is expected to close May 28.

Brixmor Operating Partnership intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.
