04:57 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brixmor Property ( BRX ) said Thursday that Brixmor Operating Partnership has priced an offering of $400 million of 4.85% senior notes due 2033.

The offering is expected to close on Sept. 9, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayment, Brixmor said.
