Brookdale Senior Living Reports Increase in June, Q2 Occupancy

07:54 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookdale Senior Living ( BKD ) said Tuesday that June consolidated weighted average occupancy jumped 230 basis points to 80.5% from a year earlier.

Sequentially, the June consolidated weighted average occupancy was up 50 basis points, the company added.

Brookdale's stock was up 1.1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
