Brookfield Asset Management Q2 Distributable Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

08:02 AM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) reported Q2 distributable earnings Wednesday of $0.34 per share, up from $0.32 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $916 million, down from $985 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.16 billion.

The company said it has about $1 trillion of assets under management.

Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) also said the board maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.38 per share, payable Sept. 27 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 30.
