08:55 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bruker ( BRKR ) said Monday its Q2 non-GAAP earnings are expected to be between $0.32 and $0.34, about $0.19 lower than a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.42.

The company said preliminary revenue for the quarter ended June 30 is $795 million to $798 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $813.3 million.

Bruker ( BRKR ) said Q2 bookings were affected by "weak academic demand" and "softness" in the US biopharma sector.

The company expects to report Q2 results on Aug. 4.

Shares of the company were down more than 11% in recent Monday premarket activity.
