BTC Digital Raises $6 Million From Stock Offering

01:23 PM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BTC Digital ( BTCT ) said Wednesday it raised about $6 million from the sale of 2 million shares at $3 apiece to institutional investors.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to buy Ethereum.

The shares were up more than 8% in recent trading.

Price: 3.40, Change: +0.26, Percent Change: +8.31
