Builders FirstSource Prices $750 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:52 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Builders FirstSource ( BLDR ) said late Monday it priced an offering of $750 million of 6.75% unsecured senior notes due 2035 at 100% of the principal amount.

The offering, which was upsized from $500 million, is expected to close on Thursday.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding debt.
