Building products distributor QXO clinches Beacon Roofing in $11 billion deal, WSJ reports

March 19 (Reuters) - Building-products distributor QXO

signed a deal for Beacon Roofing Supply ( BECN ),

valuing Beacon at roughly $7.7 billion, or $11 billion including

debt, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing

people familiar with the matter.
