Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $12.77 billion, down from $13.24 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $12.23 billion.

Bunge said it continues to forecast fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $7.75. Analysts polled by FactSet estimate $7.75 a share.

Bunge shares were up more than 2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
