06:57 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Burning Rock Biotech ( BNR ) said Monday it plans to request that its American Depositary Shares be removed from trading on the London Stock Exchange and to cancel the listing of its securities on the UK Financial Conduct Authority's official list.

The depositary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market, the company said.

The Chinese life science company attributed the UK delisting, expected to take place around Sep. 18, to a "sustained low volume of trading and liquidity" relative to the cost of maintaining the listing.
