08:36 AM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BWX Technologies ( BWXT ) said Monday its chief financial officer, Robb A. LeMasters, has stepped down.

The company said it has named its current chief accounting officer, Mike T. Fitzgerald, as interim CFO.

LeMasters will serve as a special advisor to the company during the transition, the company's President and Chief Executive Rex Geveden said.

The company's shares rose 5% in recent Monday premarket activity.
