05:26 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Byline Bancorp ( BY ) filed a registration statement late Tuesday for a secondary offering of up to 4.3 million common shares from time to time.

The company said the net proceeds will be received by the selling stockholders.
