04:29 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cadence Design Systems ( CDNS ) said late Tuesday it is collaborating with Rapidus to provide co-optimized AI-driven reference design flows to facilitate the development of advanced, energy-efficient chips.

Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.

The collaboration is expected to support the Rapidus 2nm gate-all-around process and leverage the design and manufacturing benefits from its backside power delivery network technology, the company said.
