05:07 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cadence (CDNS) said Wednesday its partnership with TSMC (TSM) has led to advancements in chip design automation and IP for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing applications.

Cadence said its AI design flows are backing TSMC's N2 and A16 technologies, and its 3D-IC products are also supporting TSMC's 3DFabric die stacking configurations and other technologies.
