Cadre Holdings Prices Stock Offering at $35 a Share

03:38 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cadre Holdings ( CDRE ) said late Thursday it has priced a public offering of 3.6 million shares of common stock at $35 per share.

The offering consists of 2.2 million shares from the company, and 1.4 million shares from existing shareholder Kanders SAF.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 545,719 additional shares from the company.

The company intends to use its portion of the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 19, subject to customary closing conditions.
