California Resources Names Clio Crespy CFO

10:21 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- California Resources ( CRC ) said Monday that Clio C. Crespy will join the company as chief financial officer on Jan. 1.

She will succeed Nelly Molina, who will step down at the end of the year. Crespy most recently served as senior managing director of investment banking and global energy and power at Guggenheim Securities, the company said.

Shares of California Resources Corp. fell past 1% in recent trading activity.
