Camden Property Trust Q2 Core Adjusted FFO Decreases, Property Revenue Rises; Issues Q3 Outlook

05:19 PM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Camden Property Trust ( CPT ) reported Q2 core adjusted funds from operations Thursday of $1.44 per diluted share, down from $1.51 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected adjusted FFO of $1.45.

Property revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $387.2 million, up from $385.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected revenue of $385.4 million.

The company said it expects Q3 core FFO between $1.66 and $1.70.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.68.

The company now expects full-year 2024 core FFO between $6.74 and $6.84, up from previous guidance of $6.62 to $6.86.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $6.74.
