Camden Property Trust Q2 Core FFO, Revenue Fall; Revises 2026 Outlook

05:12 PM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Camden Property Trust ( CPT ) reported Q2 core funds from operations late Thursday of $1.68 per diluted share, down from $1.70 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.67.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $392.9 million, down from $396.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $392.9 million.

For Q3, the company expects core FFO of $1.67 to $1.71 per share. Analysts expect $1.64.

For the full-year 2026, the company now expects core FFO of $6.68 to $6.82, compared with its prior range of $6.60 to $6.90. Analysts expect $6.74.
