Camtek Nominates Lior Aviram as Executive Chairman

08:26 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Camtek ( CAMT ) said Tuesday its board has nominated Lior Aviram as Executive Chairman, effective June 1.

The company said Aviram, in addition to leading the board of directors, will also take on executive responsibilities, focusing on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and collaborations.

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will be presented at the 2025 annual general meeting, the company added.
