Canadian Banc Corp. Renews at-The-Market Equity Program

10:31 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Banc Corp. ( CNDCF ) on Friday renewed its at-the-market (ATM) equity program with the maximum gross proceeds from the issuance of shares to be $350 million.

A statement noted the ATM Program allows BK to issue shares to the public from time to time at the company's discretion, effective until July 19, 2027 unless terminated by it prior to such date. This ATM Program replaces the prior program established in January 2024 that has terminated.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.04, to $11.92, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
