Canadian National Railway Files Debt Securities Shelf

05:21 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian National Railway ( CNI ) said late Tuesday it filed a shelf prospectus with Canadian securities regulators and a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential issuance of debt securities over the next 25 months.

The company expects to use net proceeds from any sale of debt securities for general corporate purposes, it said.
