04:25 PM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Pacific Kansas City ( CP ) after trade Friday said an arbitrator has finalized new four-year collective agreements with two divisions of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC); Train and Engine (T&E) and Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (RCTC).
The decision follows several rounds of mediation and a formal arbitration process led by Arbitrator William Kaplan, the company added.
The new contracts, effective from Jan. 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2027, include annual wage increases of 3% and do not require further ratification. TCRC-T&E represents about 3,200 train crew members, while TCRC-RCTC represents around 80 rail traffic controllers, according to the statement.
These agreements follow the earlier ratification of contracts between CPKC and other unions representing mechanical, engineering, clerical, and intermodal workers, the company said.
The railway's shares closed unchanged at $112.09 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
