Capital One Financial Completes Acquisition of Discover Financial Services

04:26 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capital One Financial ( COF ) said Sunday it has completed its acquisition of Discover Financial Services ( DFS ) .

The company said it increased the number of its board directors to 15 from 12 in connection with the acquisition.
