Capitan Silver Raises $6.6 Million Via Accelerated Exercise of Warrants; Shares Down 4%

01:36 PM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capitan Silver ( CAPTF ) on Friday said it successfully raised an additional $6.6 million in cash through the early exercise of all its outstanding warrants.

The company said 13.3-million warrants with an exercise price of $0.50, were fully exercised.

The warrants were issued as part of a financing in February led by the Jupiter Silver & Gold Fund, which saw Capitan raise $5.3 million. The warrants issued in this transaction were subject to an acceleration clause.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.04 to $0.95 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
