07:23 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capri (CPRI) reported a fiscal Q4 adjusted net loss Wednesday of $4.90 per diluted share, swinging from an adjusted net income of $0.42 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.13.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 29 was $1.04 billion, down from $1.22 billion a year ago.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1 billion.
For fiscal Q1, Capri projected diluted earnings per share of about $0.10 to $0.15 on revenue of about $765 million to $780 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.11 and $959.9 million, respectively.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects diluted EPS of about $1.20 to $1.40 and revenue of approximately $3.3 billion to $3.4 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.93 and $4.10 billion, respectively.
Shares of the company were down more than 3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
